AretoNet is a Malta-based company with a decentralised team, working fully remote from home, with members of the team spanning various countries including Malta, Slovakia, UK and India.


AretoNet is on the lookout for a Technical Product Specialist to enhance our product team and support our development team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, understand the importance of clients needs, are technically capable, and have a keen willingness to learn. With a focus on supporting our clients and development team, and contributing to the quality of our CRM and BI products, the Technical Product Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining our standard of excellence in product and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to clients with product and/or technical inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and product reliability.
  • Execute basic SQL queries to extract data and generate reports from MS SQL databases, aiding in decision-making and client support.
  • Actively participate in product testing and quality assurance processes, contributing to the high-quality standards of product releases.
  • Manage and prioritise multiple workloads effectively, ensuring timely and efficient task completion.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance understanding of technical terms, concepts, and our product suite.


  • Excellent command of the English language, with strong communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in SQL, capable of running simple queries for data retrieval.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical or similar role, demonstrating a track record of effective problem-solving and task management.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and personal development.
  • A general understanding of technical terms and concepts, with the ability to grasp new technologies quickly.

Nice to Have:

  • Basic experience with C# programming.
  • Familiarity with CRM and Business Intelligence products, demonstrating an understanding of their impact on business operations.
  • An understanding of general testing procedures, contributing to product quality and reliability.
  • Experience with DevOps task management and backlog systems, enhancing team collaboration and project tracking.
